Specimen 1 this appears to say "Huntstyle" iI can find no place name in Somerset like this, so assume it is/was a house? There is a Huntstile organic farm [Quantocks]which does date back to the 1430. Thompson was collecting in nearby Bridgewater this month so I have given this as the place name.
