This collector J Tempere is at least as likely to be C J Tempere (rather than J A Tempere); he collected in this region & his handwriting is unmistakeable

I have trawled the sheets by both men (or are there three?) and I don't think it is that easy. There does seem to be some confusion and it maybe needs a bulkdit at e some stage.
