Taxon seems OK to me.
Copyhold is a [large] house address is shown as East Sussex, and this is the Lat/long given, on the border?

Streetmap gives the OS grid ref of Copyhold, Warninglid, as TQ235265 which the vice-county converter puts in vc 13 West Sussex.
