I read it as - Hab: among stones in great quantity. (in?) (slide?) of stone above 7 Springs (...?) between Borton on the Water & (Hurford bridge?) (...?) 23. Date: 6/4/(67?)

I think it could be somewhere near Bourton on the Water, not sure about the Bridge though
