This label is very unclear, I think this is Plining most of the date is lost I feel I think the collector is Rev. William Henry Purchas?

I agree Purchas. I think the label says Ankerberry Hill, D. Forest = Hangerberry Hill
OS Grid reference SO598155

near Lydbrook. When 'blown up' the date looks more like 1950.
