No, but see http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/261046/?image I wonder if this was G S West's young handwriting? It is not unlike the hand on the collector's info pagehttp://herbariaunited.org/collector/17109/

My suspicion based on the similarity of these to so many of the anonymous Herb Birm Nat Hist & Phil Soc sheets, is that the young West (age 14 in 1890) was a regular on field trips to places like Broadway & Berkswell, & helped organise their herbarium. Compare http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/290658/ However on searching the 1890 specimens from Broadway, 3 are Herb Birm Nats 19/7/1890, & 2 are West 7/6/1890 & 14/6/1890 (al same day of week - Sundays?) - how many times can one person go to Broadway in one year? In fact there are over 20 Herb G S West specimens from Broadway, all from the years 1888 (age 12) to 1890 (except 2 of them are collected in 1909 by K Brock). All 21 Birm Nats collections from Broadway are from the same 3 years; so maybe it was just West who did the collecting, not a field trip group.
