Place name very much a scrawl, and the year just 1913, Haines collected on the 20th at Maisemore Gloucestershire,if he also collected this, but I really do not think this fits?

"Monkmeadow". Monk Meadow Dock and Quay were part of Gloucester Docks SO81.
