It is the Bot Exch Club which is conflictiing as the system date for its end is 1912, but there is a recent note from Mike D'Apice on http://herbariaunited.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5294&highlight=botanical+exchange+club which helps. Someone should point this out to Tom perhaps?
