N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Very clear writing ... I just can't read most of it: "N(ea)r Sharpuefs(Sharpness?)Point Nr / W. Bo??er" might it be SO6602 in Gloucs? As for "P(T?)etrady namia Siliculosa" another genus and species name - siliculosa is a common enough sp name but can't trace for this? Any ideas?

This is Coronopus - probably C. didymus from the shape of the fruits. Now gone back to Lepidium didymum again (Stace 3).
I agree about the place, Sharpness Point in W Gloucs. The rest is the collector's name - W. Borrer 1781-1862
