N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

It looks as though the determination was made by E S G; she was an expert on Viola sp see http://herbariaunited.org/wiki/Eliza_Standerwick_Gregory_n%C3%A9e_BARNES
The right hand label seems to say
Hedge Court (Surrey)
leg(it) W H Beeby (Mr William Hadden Beeby)
Hort (i.e. cultivated) Croydon 1889, com. A(rthur) Bennett (he often grew seeds, root stock, cuttings in his garden in the High Street, Croydon - from which he operated his building, decorating / plumbing business).

Dawn,
Go to the message board to bring up the sheet in question. About halfway down there is a link "Edit this sheet" This will bring your input form back.
Hope this helps.
