I have come across a lot of these lately, and as you rightly say, they can only be assigned to ex-herb H H Haines; and the actual collector may or may not be him - we don't definitely know. Many from Sussex.

Yes there are loads from Sussex especially around Littlehampton - Worthng area ( I've only done VC13 so far) but other locations too. So from now on when I come across them I shall change the collector if it is assigned to HHH to ex herb.
