Agreed, but aren't sori too orbicular?

I haven't seen it "in the flesh" very often, but Page says it is the young sori which are more orbicular. & the serrate edges of the pinnae also suggest P cambricum. Do you know if the site is suitably calcareous?

Scriven is close to Knaresboro' & very much in limestone (Permian) country.

I suspect 'Scriven' (Scriver?) may be a collector name. There are two other specimens with legible Irish localities also apparently signed 'Scriven'.
