Hi David,

There's nothing logged on the web-server to indicate what the problem might be.

Accessing the site seems quite slow at the moment so it may be worth clicking the save button again - assuming you've still got the edit window open - if that doesn't resolve the problem then I'll investigate further. If you get an error message with a long xml description of the specimen then please copy and paste it into an email or post it here and I'll upload the data manually.
