Apparently there is a Normoss Tarn near Hawkshead(SD 378992) and one near Ravenglass (SD 105925) ? A similarly ambiguous sister sheet is http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/252710/

Thanks for highlighting the ambiguity. I think Carr is referring to the VC69 Nor Moss as most of his collections are around Windermere and Esthwaite. I've edited all the sheets accordingly - but if I'm wrong I'll be happy to change them to the VC70 loc.
