I didn't read this as 'Lake Frolbbey' and I haven't managed to find such a place. I wondered if the site is 'Skania Trelleborg' ie in Skandia Sweden, Mouer has another H@H sheet appearing to be from Skania/Scania Lund nearby. Admittedly though the spelling of 'Trelleborg' is questionable - many Scandinavian places have varied their spellings over time.
