I've edited in F M Day, as similar to his handwriting, though hard to find one with a very similar label that isn't anonymous

Wonastow seems to be suggesting there is a similarity in writing with sheets ascribed to Trump ?

Day (sorry, E M not F M) has the characteristic of starting his plant names with a prominent N O; as well as virtually all his 140 specimens being from Glos
