Stoke - I wonder whether Stoke d'Abernon, M Parker collected in Surrey this month, including another Scrophularia from nearby Ashtead -http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/375345/ . She has no others from Stoke d'Abernon, but 3 from Ashtead, each that year
