Hillhouse collected several specimens in Clapham, Beds in 1875 cf http://herbariaunited.org/atHomeForm/?release=498337137dbb9abcc517ca3e9e11174e&edit=268489 The writing looks similar to me as well.

On looking again, I think the handwriting is W West's and the location Clapham Yorks. he handwriting is certainly similar to that on the sheet you refer to! I see one or two differences though, eg the way the 7 is written
