I would now say Harry Corbyn Levinge; at this time he seems to have lived at Knock Drin Castle, Westmeath. Though a profusive collector, he has only 20 specimens from 1870-90

CL = Rev Clement Ley, Augustin's brother.

I hadn't been aware of Clement Ley, and see from another post of yours that he was rector of Ashby Parva, Leics - from where I see A Ley has 22 specimens on various dates; and at least 70 from Leics generally. I see Castle Avenue, Lismore, Waterford, on the map, but unfortunately haven't found any info about the Avenue specifically
