Erigeron acris is wrong I think, prefer Erigeron acer?
Also a comparison of handwriting shows R L P is very erratic, so I have assumed he collected this specimen too.

I sympathise; acris is the new name for acer (Stace). The initials are definitely Praeger's from comparison with other sheets.
