N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Hi Alex,

It's probably best giving up with this one. However, I've had fun following a highly speculative trail. It looks to me like the locality is Grange and that it's from Mr Hagger. I looked up on the National Trust surname distribution website and noted that most of the Haggers in 1881 were based around Hunts/Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire etc. Then I did a search on Grange in H@H under placenames. This gave me Chrishall Grange in Cambridgeshire and Brampton Grange in Huntingtonshire.

However, I think it will need a duplicate in another herbarium with better information to solve this one.
