I could find nothing conclusive, however a label which seems to make a very good match for handwriting eg 'Penzance' and 'Roberts' is http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/257807/
worth comparing although your sheet's date looks to me like 1837, and the other 1880. A Roberts collection from 1833 is http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/206349/ unfortunately with no photo. The first collector is W Roberts junior, the second is W Roberts. I would not discount the possibility of a father & son with very similar handwriting.
