I read near The Severn rather than the Tavern; Though I couldn't find a place-name like 'Tipton-on-P...' I suspect 'Upton-on-Severn, Worcs' where Towndrow collected other specimens, and have cheekily entered this. Limited clues as I found no other Towndrow specimens near this date or of genus Schoenoplectus
