Ploxgreen is in Shropshire VC 40 at SJ365035, near to Minsterley; SO37030307 is the grid ref for Llancayo, Monmouthshire VC 35, near to Usk. Doubtless the Shropshire grid ref & VC would be the correct entry.

Perhaps "Ploxgreen" is the error: Fumaria purpurea was found on the banks of the river at Usk in 1924.
