N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I have seen Ankerberry Hill on completed sheets before, but can't locate it. Is it Aconbury, south of Hereford? I am aware of ?Hankenberry Bog in the Forest of Dean. District 7 is the Hereford District.

Parson Ley himself is responsible for the confusion here: he appears to have transcribed and corrupted Purchas's collection details and created an ambiguity.

He has written "Ankerberry Hill, D.7" presumably intending 'Aconbury Hill' SO5032 (Herefs vc 36) but thereby suggesting Hankerberry (Hangerberry) in the Lydbrook/Worral Hill area SO5915 (W. Glos vc 34).

I have edited the sheet accordingly.
