There are (only) two other specimens associated with this collector -

All three specimens are associated with Dix and Lousley.

The only person that I can find that is similar in name is
W Leppington of Londesbro' St, Hull who was recorded as a member in The Transactions of the Hull Scientific and Field Naturalists Club vol 1 and 2.
