I suspect that this might read Head of Stric(a)throw - which is used in some old texts / references for Stracathro.

There is a hill of Stracathro at

Yes, I now see Hillhead to the west of Hill of Stracathro, south-west of the Hospital; and not far from the sell-known site of Inglismaldie.
