I find 4 uniformly inscribed sheets of this collector, eg:
http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/230807/
3 are entered on H@H as 'R Meunell' and 1 as 'R Mennell' - I suspect the latter and a possible relationship with H T Mennell??

Two of the 'Meunell' spmns are in herb S A Chambers at SLBI. Another spmn is at MANCH.

I agree that the spelling looks more like 'Mennell'.
