It's just possible that either the printed report is a mis-print, or refers to another specimen; however to add a 2nd date, use the green + at the side. Similarly the green + by site if 2 sites same date; or at top of screen if 2 or more separate specimens on same sheet (apologies if you knew that). NB there are 2 very familiar stamps on the sheet, showing this is also ex herb W H Beeby, and ex herb Botanical Exchange Club of B I (type in 'bot ex' to make it pop up). Good luck
