The writing is well known, the only trouble is associating it with an individual! Several sheets have a pencil note beside such writing which says "H H Haines" but it is not Haines.
I sent some jpgs of the writing to Dr R Gornall at Leicester, where apparently some of Haines' collection ended up. He said that the writing is not that of Haines. Perhaps a sheet will appear with the name - eventually.
