This specimen probably collected by Wm West cf http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/273078/

I don't know what "Yelland" means.

Might it be that it reads Elland ? the E is different from those in Deepdale.
Elland is a type of rock found in parts of Yorkshire = Elland Flagstone or Green Moor Rock, once quarried near Huddersfield

I thought it said Elland, but was thinking of the place in Calderdale and didn't realise it was a type of rock - you learn something new every day!
