The only Laggan Loch I can find is at NN4483 - not very near Crieff and in the 'wrong' county! I suspect Loch Monzievaird/St Serf's Water just 1km N of Laggan Hill at NN8423

I now think the 'Loch' is a slip as there is a Laggan Hill just west of Crieff at NN8422
