Parson's Mill? From Woods' specimens this date, Mill Wood NE of Brightling (TQ694228) may be one possibility

From sparse interweb info it appears Parsons timberyard and mill was on the River Ouse at Lewes, in the Cliff area of the town. The mill building became housing in recent years, having been built in 1850 - but I imagine the mill's history could go back further? Lewes was Woods' abode.
