And is Palmer the collector or merely the specimen donor?

I think all you can say is that this specimen is ex herb Palmer and given the number of his (H@H) specimens from Devon, "Devonport" is as good a guess as any.

Does anyone know anything more about 'Dr Edward Palmer' than the minimal information provided by the drop-down?
