I carried out some edits to this sheet but my notes don't seem to have survived, so I repeat them -

Spmn 1. The label is Marshall's but the h/w is not. It was probably written by a curator who has muddled his Bennetts: the 'Prof' A W Bennett is surely a reference to Arthur Bennett of Croydon.

Spmn 2. It is the correct St John - Trevol Road is to its north.
Hb means 'ex herb'
