Collector of Angus specimen - 'T F Foggitt' = Thomas Jackson Foggitt? I find no specimens of his from around this date or from Angus however.

Selbrigg Pond TG107389 Bodham near Holt.

Plants of T J Foggitt were given to Kirklees by his widow; others are at BM and Huddersfield Museum so it's not surprising that there's not much of a fossil record (so far) in the HeHo strata.
