"Winton [?] Camb WWN" - but did Newbould himself write that label or is it a transcription by Frederick Townsend?

Looking at Flora of Cambridgeshire http://mnlg.com/gc/species1/l/lat_aph.html leads me to believe that 'Winton' is an error for [Cherry] Hinton.

Yes I also checked other records for this especially from Cambs and Cherry Hinton is more likely, especially if as you suggest it was copied from a different original.
