N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The collector's name may be W. Wise. The site name is partially obscured by the specimen. There may be seeds instead of flowers; it's difficult to tell.

Hi entangled,
welcome to herb@home!

You're right that this is a William Wise sheet. I think the locality is 'Laneast Down' (approx SX240846), there are several other sheets from there.

Don't worry too much about recording the flowering state of specimens. I'd hoped that this info would be easy and quick to record, but for many sheets it's proving difficult or ambiguous. Where there are different stages of development please record the most mature phase present.

regards,
Tom
