N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Last bit looks like Westdean Woods, which Streetmap finds in West Sussex around OS SU840158. Database seems to think there's another in East Sussex though.

I think it is saying that the flower stem is from 'Up Marden Wood' and the 'leaves Westdean Woods'. Sheet 342057 has a very similar label attributed to Rev. Gerard Edwards Smith. I think Up Marden Wood and Inholmes Wood are the same place. Smith has other specimens from East Marden.

Up Marden SU79671418 is a hamlet NE of Inholmes Wood SU804126 it has lots of pockets of ancient woodland around it. I don't thnkyou can assume this flower comes from Inholmes Wood. West Dean Woods SU848160 is a very well known ancient woodland locally.
