"Barazian" - of, or pertaining to, Barazi; or perhaps a bizarre mis-spelling of Brazilian?

Barazi is a placename in Bulgaria, Iraq, Iran and perhaps elsewhere.

Hume's numbering seems to be achronological, so no. 12,238 is unpredictable; we will just have to wait until this "mother" sheet turns up.
