Some sheets of Ley's have been attributed to Sir George Chester, but it seems that they should name Sir George Cornewall instead.
See http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/307364/ on which Ley gives the name of Sir George Cornewall, whose family came from Moccas Court! see also http://www.archiveswales.org.uk/anw/get_collection.php?inst_id=1&coll_id=20195&expand= I can't find the right descendant though.

a Rev. Sir George Cornewall was also a vice president of the Woolhope Club with Ley in 1892 see http://www.archive.org/stream/transactionswoo03jackgoog/transactionswoo03jackgoog_djvu.txt

President: — Mr. William Henry Barneby.

Vice-Presidents'. — Rev. Sir George H. Cornewall, Bart.
Sir Herbert Croft, Bart.
Rev. Augustin Ley.
Dr. T. a. Chapman.
