N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

From Journal of Botany vol. 51 (1913) - "Elymus arenarius in South Devon. — During the past two years Mr. H. A. Druett has brought me examples of this grass from Exmouth, where he has seen two or three large patches of it. I believe it has required verification as a South Devon plant.
— C. E. Britton."

H A Druett of the Medical Research Council published research papers on industrial medicine in the 1940s and '50s.
