Using the VC grid ref look-up, it is right on the border, and it has now been tweaked so both counties will go into the gazetteer.

You can put the "Botanical Exchange Club of the BI" note into the ex herb box, which is used for anyone or any organisation which has handled the sheet (except for the originating herbarium). I've edited it in for this one.
