The simplest way is to put it in the box where you have put det. W Watson.*
Click on the + sign which gives space for another name, add B A Miles and then in the drop-down box put "conf[irmed]"

* Watson is the author of the name, neither the determiner nor the collector, which I think is Avery himself. He has a number of sheets on H@H with his label and the same handwriting.

I have added these details, hoping it will help you get the hang of it. Also deleted "ex herb. SLBI" which is not necessary as it is the herbarium where the sheet was photgraphed and is already on the system.
