N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I suggest Avery as the collector and G Brown as the name of the authority who erected the taxon ("Rubus Bracueberi" ?)

Thanks have deleted G Brown, but not sure about Avery as collector, or do you recognise his script?

Authority 'G. Braun' = Gottlieb Braun, 1821-1882, Herbarium Ruborum germanicorum (= The Herbarium Ruborum germanicorum edited by Gottlieb Braun from 1877 to 1881 at Braunschweig (Germany)), according to the Harvard University Herbarium list. Braun thus too early to be collector or determiner.

According to The Plant List both Rubus braeuckeri G.Braun (as labeled), and Rubus brevistaminosus Edees & A.Newton (as databased), are accepted names!
