N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Labelled 'Cornish plants'. I couldn't locate Stannick, or any other Medlin specimens. Stanning Hill SX165755 on Bodmin Moor must be a possibility, but are there any cornfields? ?= Stanwick? If so 'cornfield' suggests Northants [SP975715 N of Rushden] rather than N Yorkshire?

Thurston & Vigurs published a supplement to Davey's 'Flora of Cornwall' to which Medlin contributed many records but I can find no mention of Stannick though I suspect it may be near St. Austell.

Once again, I'm impressed! Wonder if one could think of a name, which would have been given by those Victorian and Edwardian gentlemen, for internet searching
