At first I read the initials as I W (I see there was a collector Isaac Williamson at this early date - he has no specimens in H@H) but compare the T of Triandria; however the handwriting doesn't resemble that on sheets of Thomas Westcombe http://herbariaunited.org/sheets/ABS/200705101459_2913.jpg
