But surely Berkshire is south of Salop, making this a credible native 'native', or have I misunderstood what you mean?

Sorry, I wrote this sloppily - I meant:

- on reflection my message was of minimal value, merely stating occurs as a native and as a garden escape.

Do Druce and Stace mean exactly the same thing by "native"?

New Atlas states this sp is still extant and native in SU57.
