I think it's a variant of Scawby near Brigg. There are a couple of references via google to Scawley/Scaby Hall near Brigg, and a modern mention of Scawby Gull ponds.

References to Scawby Gull Ponds in old texts - see for example "Lincolnshire" Edward Mansel Sympson 1913 CUP
