N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

County "V Label", Collected by "Do", Date "Do", what's this all mean ? I can't read the handwriting on the back anyway.

"v[ide] label on back".
vide is latin meaning 'see' or 'look'.
do is the generally accepted abbreviation for 'ditto'.

The Label has helpfully been reproduced at the bottom of the sheet and reads "Bunium bulbocastanum nr. Cambridge comm. Bab. Specimens gathered with this were sent to Mr Sowerby to correct the fig. in E.B.S. June 1842" [NB not 1 June]

"Bab." is C C Babington.

"E.B.S." is 'English Botany' ed. Smith, illustrated by Sowerby.
